Pam and Gary Receive Distinguished Service to Agriculture Award!
The New Jersey State Board of Agriculture selected Pam and Gary Mount to receive the Distinguished Service to Agriculture citation at the 2008 Annual State Agricultural Convention. The Mounts many contributions to the farming and larger community were noted in the citation by the New Jersey State Board of Agriculture:
“The Mounts have left no stone unturned as farmers concerned about acquiring the best for their business and beings advocates for New Jersey agriculture. Their leadership and memberships ring out in areas like the Howell Living History Farm, State Agricultural Development Committee, Stoney Brook-Millstone Watershed Association, Middlesex-Somerset-Mercer Regional Planning Council, Mercer County Soil Conservation District, New Jersey State Horticultural Society, International Dwarf Fruit Tree Association, International Apple Institute, Trenton Market Growers Cooperative, State Board of Agriculture, New Jersey Farm Bureau, New Jersey Agricultural Society, New Jersey Clean Air Council, New Jersey Future, Central Jersey Transportation Forum and Lawrence Town Council.”
Baby Becket Arrives!
Tannwen Mount and Jim Washburn are the happy parents of baby boy Becket who arrived on March 3rd. Everyone is doing well!
