On festival weekends, party packages are not available due to our fall festivals. Reserve a tent for three hours (10am or 1:30pm). All guests must purchase admission tickets. Outside food (other than cake or cupcakes) is not allowed.

Reminders

  • Party tent is yours for 2 hours. Set up time is available 30 minutes before reserved time. Party areas must be cleaned & emptied within 15 minutes of end of party time.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your party.
  • You are responsible for supervising your party children and guests.
  • No alcoholic beverages permitted.
  • All guests 10 months and older are counted in party headcount (adults & children).
  • No Parties held on fall weekends.

What to bring

  • You are welcome to bring: tablecloths, paper products/utensils, banners, center pieces, party favors.
  • No balloons, piñatas or confetti are allowed to maintain a safe and clean environment for our farm & animals.

Party Food

  • Party host is welcome to bring own cake and party supplies.
  • Parties are welcome to bring outside snack or lunch food. No heating or grilling allowed onsite. Party host responsible for clean-up of food.
  • Additional snacks or lunch food may be purchased from our Barn Door Cafe or farm store by arrangement

Rain Policy

  • Rain dates cannot be made at time of booking but parties will be rescheduled if weather is very inclement.
