Celebrate Summer at our Strawberry Festival!
Kick off Summer with Strawberry season on the farm. Join us on Saturday and Sunday, May 31 & June 1, from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. for TWO weekend parties to celebrate these plump and juicy berries. Treat your family to a berry fun day!
Children will enjoy fun all around the farm. Special for this weekend, take a wagon ride around the farm from 1pm-4pm. Play on our tractors and playhouses. Say hello to our barnyard animal friends. Enjoy children’s games and activities. Don’t miss the hippity hop corral, rubber duckie race, hop scotch, apple basket bean bag toss, and much more. Take a pony ride around the pasture. Have fun exploring the farm with our scavenger hunt.

Special Craft Activity – Celebrate summer with hands-on fun children’s craft activities. (Available for an extra charge.)
NJ Bubble Parties will have two shows each day. Be dazzled by bubbles of all shapes and sizes!
Wild Animal Show – Be amazed by unique creatures in shows each day (1:30pm)! Unique Creatures is here May 30 & 31, and Snakes ‘n Scales joins us June 6 & 7.
Live, Local Music each day, 12-4pm! Listen to live music by favorite local bands as you enjoy your lunch or farm fresh snacks. May 30 & 31, enjoy the music of On the Fly on Saturday and TBA on Sunday. June 6 & 7, Mike & Laura Band are playing on Saturday and Mark Miklos Duo on Sunday.
Pam’s Strawberry Buffet features farm fresh treats for lunch, refreshing snacks, or dessert. Hamburgers and pork sandwiches along with traditional hot dogs and mac & cheese are on the menu. Try our hand-scooped strawberry ice cream, strawberry slush, and strawberry rhubarb pie. The Wine Orchard under our historic apple trees will be pouring our award-winning red, white, and fruit-based wines by the glass.
Admission to Strawberry Festival is required for entry to the farm (ages 3 and up). Tickets are discounted in advance online. Admission does not include pick your own strawberries.
Winery: For weekend entry, admission tickets must be purchased.
Visitor Information
Come to Terhune Orchards’ Strawberry Festival for fabulous farm fun, fresh air, live music, and more! Rain or shine, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Admission is $16.50 discounted in advance online ($19.50 at the gate). Children under 3 are free.
- Admission includes access to the winery, music, barnyard, nature trail, children’s activities and playground, pedal tractor area, food pavilion, bubble show, and animal shows.
- Tickets are valid for 3 hours after entry, to give everyone time to visit the farm.
- Additional fee for some items: pony rides, wine, rubber duckies, food, craft activities.
- Convenient parking is available at the farm on Cold Soil Road.
