Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines hands-on farm activity with your young child followed by an education program with stories highlighting the fruit or farm area. Parents and young children (ages preschool to 8 years old) are welcome to celebrate everything wonderful about potatoes. We will be reading books about potatoes and vegetables. Then everyone will pick his or her own container of potatoes – see how they really grow!
The cost is $12.00 per child and includes the container of potatoes. Two sessions on Tuesday, September 8th at 9:30 am and 11 am, each lasting about one hour. Online pre-purchase of tickets is required to attend.
