DESCRIPTION:Celebrate all things Jersey Fresh with a weekend filled with plenty of activities for kids and adults! \nKids (and kids of all ages) will enjoy fun all around the farm. Take a pony ride around our pasture. Have fun with games and barnyard tractors\, Little Tikes Farm Store & Junior Mechanics Shop\, rubber duck races\, and other interactive\, hands-on fun including a scavenger hunt! Have fun doing special summer craft activities. Enjoy live music each day noon-4pm. \nLive music from 12 to 4 p.m. Enjoy local bands both days of the festival. ALBO is playing on Saturday\, and Jon Savage & the Classic Rockers on Sunday. \nNJ Bubble Parties is a fun interactive show full of bubbles of all kinds\, giant bubbles\, bubble snow\, bubble foam and more! Be amazed at the world of bubbles. Enjoy two shows each day during the festival. \nEyes of the Wild\, a traveling zoo\, will present two shows a day on Saturday and Sunday in the Big Barn. This educational program with live animals will mesmerize toddlers through grown-ups. \nCraft Vendor Fair: New this year! Local artisans will display and sell their wares. See the wide array of crafts in our farm fields. \nPam Mount’s Everything Summer Food Tent will offer tasty summer fare including hamburgers\, hot dogs\, homemade gazpacho\, salads\, and our famous apple cider donuts. What a summer treat! \nWine tasting: Adults can enjoy the taste of summer in a glass with our award-winning wines. Sample a flight of our white\, red\, and fruit wines. SUMMARY:Read & Pick: Flowers
DESCRIPTION:Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines hands-on farm activity with your young child followed by an education program with stories highlighting the fruit or farm area. \nParents and young children (ages preschool to 8 years) are welcome to celebrate everything wonderful about flowers. We will be reading a book about flowers\, gardens and insects followed by an educational component. Then everyone will pick their own bunch of flowers. \nThe cost is $12.00 per child and includes the container of flowers. There are two sessions on Tuesdays at 9:30am and 11am\, each lasting about one hour. Online pre-purchase of tickets is required. \nRegister Here
