SUMMARY:Read & Pick: Strawberries
DESCRIPTION:Read & Pick is an innovative program that combines hands-on farm activity with your young child followed by an education program with stories highlighting the fruit or farm area. \nIn our next program\, we welcome young farmers to celebrate everything wonderful about strawberries. We will be reading two books highlighting strawberries followed by an educational component.  Then everyone will pick their own container of strawberries. Our farm staff will explain how strawberries grow and how they should be picked. \nThe cost is $12.00 per child and includes the craft activity. There are two sessions on Tuesdays at 9:30am and 11am\, each lasting about one hour. Online pre-purchase of tickets is required. \nRegister Here
