Learn Pam’s secrets for enjoying summer’s bounty all year long! This class is offered only once every summer.

You will learn Terhune Orchards’s proven step-by-step method for freezing peaches and other summer fruits and vegetables. The equipment needed for hot water bath canning and the procedure to do it will be explained fully.

Pam will answer all your canning and freezing questions to help give you the confidence to make  your own delicious pies, cobblers, jellies, jams and canned peaches at home.  She always provides recipes to take home from the class including her mother’s Garden Special.

Class is included in admission for Terhune Orchards’ Just Peachy Festival. Festival admission: $10/person. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
