N2O Peach Creamcicle

Recipe prepared by Cherry Valley Country Club for the 2007 NJ Peach Council Peach Promotion Day at Terhune Orchards

Ingredients:
2 Terhune Orchards peaches, peeled and pitted
1 pint heavy cream
1 pint New Jersey peach nectar
2 small packages Splenda
1 charger of N2O
1 oz granulated sugar
special spice for efferfessance
chili threads for garnish - dry overnight

Preparation:
Mix heavy cream, peach nectar, splenda, sugar and N2O together and pump it into a chilled bowl.
Grill the peaches and dice finely and set aside. Place the N2O mixture in a small bowl and top with the grilled peaches. Sprinkle the grilled peaches with special spice and garnish with chili threads.
